It was nothing but laughs for Josh Perlman, between this bar mitzvah boy’s very own stand-up-comedy act followed by a performance from the famous comedian @elongold ! It is so much fun to see how families creatively incorporate their children’s passions into an event. This one was a special one for sure! Mazal tov to the Perlman’s, and a special applause to Josh, for not only wowing the crowd with his bar mitzvah prayers, but his comedic skills as well.

This time around, I experienced the event from the other side of the lens, as our baby girl became a bat mitzvah. What an emotional rollercoaster it is to reach this milestone as a parent! Having to plan our event in these crazy times forced us to have a very intimate gathering, but reminded us of how meaningful they can be, especially thanks to our incredible family. How fortunate we feel to have been supported by the most amazing friends/colleagues/vendors. Your support, kindness, generosity, talent and warmth on our special day left us speechless and feeling immensely blessed.

This was not how they had planned on celebrating this day, but it did not stop them from making this celebration unforgettable despite the obstacles!
